1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
Eufy's gunmetal-and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of floors and rooms.
The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which includes linoleum in the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the middle and a large area. It was able to drive close to walls without hitting them and even managed to cross thresholds for rooms that are raised without issue, though it occasionally was unable to navigate down the stairs in one step. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or carpets.
Prior to each mopping session the docking station on the S1 automatically empties its dustbin and refills its water tank onboard with filtered, clean water ozonated. The dock also adds a cleaning solution to the water for deep cleaning. The S1's water tank holds enough water for around a dozen cleaning sessions before needing to be empty, but this can vary based on how much you use the mop.
The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. You'll need to wash out the tank that has been contaminated to keep it from becoming clogged. But, overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, particularly compared to other combos which require more effort to maintain.

This all-in-one robot mop and vacuum combo from Ecovacs is a powerful option for cleaning requirements. Its robot vacuum has 8700Pa of suction power and comes with many unique features, including voice control and smart path planning that cleans around furniture and avoids obstacles. Its mopping capability is remarkable, with mops rotating that actually lift and scrub the floor instead of simply drag the pad across it. The mops are cleaned and dried in the base station as needed.

Its navigation capabilities are good, too, even though it is sometimes hung in the small rug or area mats I have in my home (which is something you can control by defining a virtual boundary within the application). Its mopping capabilities are also quite good with a pair of spinning mop pads that are able to lift and scrub floors, rather than just moving the pad across it. The mops are cleaned with heated water and dried in the base station as needed. The mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as needed.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop was launched earlier this year. However, their latest flagship model has even more impressive features. It delivers outstanding cleaning results, and it is easy to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our list of the top mops and robot vacuums. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush will ensure a thorough, customized clean is achieved.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and small particles from hard floors as well as carpets. Even though it's not able to mop floors, the Q5 still has the most impressive mopping and vacuum performance we've seen from a robot in this price range. It's got a powerful suction power of 5500Pa and an automatic emptying system, which means you don't need to manually empty the bin every time. It comes with a smart app that lets you schedule cleaning times and choose the floor type. It also comes with an automatic water tank filling system and washing system that is hands-free.
Its mops are also impressive, with a 2700Pa power that can tackle dirt and pet hair on carpets and hard flooring. The Q5 is one of the few robots we test that didn't have problems with carpets with high piles or area rugs, but it couldn't clean up kitty litter or cable tangles and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise considering it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
